Leslie L. Puryear v. Dotson and Bailey

The ACLU of Virginia and Relman Colfax PLLC filed a new case challenging Virginia Department of Correction's (VADOC) refusal to award expanded sentence credits to people with certain convictions, unlawfully extending their incarceration.
