Trans people belong everywhere — but today the Supreme Court issued a devastating ruling for trans rights in BPJ/HECOX that denies young trans people the same opportunities as their peers and undermines women and girls’ equality by weakening protections against sex discrimination. But no matter what the Supreme Court says, Virginia law STILL prohibits discrimination against trans and nonbinary students.
