ACLU-VA to Chesterfield County Public Schools: Forcing a Fasting Student to Run is a Violation of the First Amendment.

A fasting student from Bellwood Elementary School was forced to run in her physical education class, despite her religious practice. The ACLU of Virginia wrote a letter to Chesterfield County Public Schools to explain how that would be a violation of religious freedom.
