A Sister's Story

These words are from a sister of a man incarcerated at Nottoway Correctional Center: "My brother has a pre-existing medical condition and is on chronic care with the VADOC. Each inmate only receives one bar of soap per week. There is only one hand sanitizer in his pod, and that bottle has been empty for over a week. He was recently deemed eligible for parole. A conditional pardon has been on file with the Governor's office for three years with no response. He was not sentenced to die."
