The ACLU of Virginia has received reports of voters in the Prince William County area receiving robo-calls falsely indicating that their polling location has changed. We have relayed this information to the Virginia Department of Elections and would urge anyone wishing to confirm the location of their voting place to do so on the department’s website at https://www.elections.virginia.gov/. Anyone who has received such a call should file an official complaint with the department at https://www.elections.virginia.gov/voter-complaints/, and anyone who has been able to make a recording of such a call should reach out to the ACLU of Virginia’s Voter Hotline at 804-644-8080.
